Since we began our service in 2002, we have never increase our standard prices. We only increase pricing for those who added services or increased usage. In 2007, we experienced a large increase in our hosting costs. Energy prices resulted in a near 100% increase in our monthly costs. In 2008, this is happening again. In order for the service to remain a viable offering that is hosted in an excellent environment, we will increase rates starting in January 2008. Each account will be reviewed and increased by 15% according the contract that was signed. Those accounts that have gone beyond the initial contract will have the contact terms revised + 15% New accounts (less than 12 months old) and accounts with low traffic (under 1,000 visitors per month) will be exempt from this price increase. This increase is projected to offset the hosting increase, and does not raise our profits. If you have any questions about the price change, please do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the high volume of data stored for site hits, Outstanda will only be storing 60 days worth of website hit data starting July 1st, 2007. You may easily capture your history by viewing the reports and right clicking on the graphs. They are images that can be saved to your computer. We highly recommend Google Analytics which will store the data for free, give you better reporting and can easily be installed in the footer of your Outstanda website in under one minute. http://www.google.com/analytics/ Advertising Data will be stored for 12 months and then deleted. At this time we will continue to store all newsletter stats. Outstanda will continue to be the product that you are using, but we have rebranded the company as Buzzoodle. The reason for this change is that Buzzoode is where we stop selling tools and start selling the blueprint for Internet success. We have automated our billing with Billing Orchard and the bills will come through the Buzzoodle email. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
